Massage Therapy

My work centers on relaxation — Specializing in pregnancy and postpartum massage I provide a nourishing personalized experience addressing tension and pain while encouraging your your body to let go and rest. I practice Swedish massage as my foundation and I integrate deep tissue techniques where they are needed.

Woven through my work is my reverence for and relationship with plants and I will add herbal infused oils into my treatment to address pain and tension as well as the occasional essential oil if so desired. Every session is tailored to you and your needs.
