Birth Doula Services
The birth of your baby and becoming a mother is a miracle and a rite of passage that deserves honoring. As your birth doula, I am here to walk alongside you, offering a grounded, nurturing presence, as well as education as you prepare for and move through this sacred transition. Whether you choose to give birth in a hospital, birth center, or at your home, it is my intention is to support you in having a birth experience that feels empowering, connected, and true to you. I will help guide you in making informed decisions that are right for you and support you in advocating for both your needs and desires.
Every birthing person deserves to feel witnessed, heard and respected, as they bring their baby into the world and step into the profound becoming of motherhood. It would be my honor to walk along side you on the path to meet your baby.

3 prenatal visits

1 postnatal visit

- First lets interview to see if I am the right doula for you. This can be over a video chat or in person
- If you choose me to be your doula, I will send you a contract that you will sign and return along with the first payment of $1,200. The remaining amount will be due before the birth
3 Prenatal visits - These begin at the end of the second trimester and are spaced out in the weeks to come.
- Full availability via text and phone if you have questions, want to share updates or need support.
- Birth: I am on call for you beginning at week 38 through week 42. And will come to you when you are in labor and ready for me. I will stay through out labor and birth a for 2 to 3 hours postpartum
- Within the 1 to 2 weeks following the birth I will come for a postpartum visit.

Postpartum Doula Services
The days, weeks and months after the birth of a baby is a sacred and profound time of becoming. It can also feel overwhelming and exhausting. I feel passionate about supporting families as they navigate the demands of a new born while honoring and allowing for healing and bonding. I love teaching parents about the birthing body’s needs in the postpartum time that encourage optimal healing while, listening to what fits your needs and helping to find ways to incorporate this into the first days and weeks of motherhood. Mothering the mother is at the heart of what I offer. I am here for you at any stage of your postpartum journey, whether you have already given birth and find you are needing support or if you would like to set up care for after the birth and want to take the time to make a plan together I am here to work with your needs.
A one time session to honor and tend to mother with nourishing care for body and spirit. A beautiful way to gift yourself or someone you know with care in in the first weeks of motherhood.
So often the healing needs and spiritual transformation of mother get overlooked with the many demands and needs of baby. It is my joy to mother you while you mother your baby.

Mother Love Full Service Care Package
On going care to tend to mother as she heals and bonds with baby.
Birth is a massive physiological and spiritual event. Taking the time needed to properly heal, rest and nourish will have lasting effects that will benefit you and baby now and in the years to come. I bring to you each week my joy for “mothering the mother” as I weave together my skills as a bodyworker, my knowledge of the physical changes of the postpartum time, and my nurturing love and presence

Closing of the Bones Ceremony
A ceremony for integrating and honoring the profound physical, and spiritual journey of a growing life, birthing, and becoming a mother. As well as a space to honor loss, grief, and death, holding tenderly the experiences of those whose babies did not survive.
Through ritual, touch, and intentional wrapping of the body, together we honor all that has been carried, loved and forever changed.

Plan for 1.5 to 2 hours
I will come to your home and set up a space that is comfortable and sacred. This could be in your bed or on the floor in an area that feels cozy and warm. You will have space to share your experience of birth and motherhood and together we will set intentions. The space will be held with music, plants, the elements, massage, warmth and energies of love and support. Whatever emotions may surface are welcomed and a sacred part of your integration. I will hold space for the whole of you.
